Connected programs. Community-led progress.

GBA's six programs provide a framework for work shaped with communities and partner institutions. Each initiative begins with a defined need, clear responsibilities and a realistic plan for local ownership. Availability, eligibility and terms are confirmed for each initiative.

GBA Pathways

Education, access, belonging and leadership. Intended activities include mentoring, digital inclusion, language access, scholarships when funded and learning support. The aim is stronger access, confidence, participation and leadership.

GBA Enterprise

Skills, livelihoods and community wealth. Intended activities include workforce preparation, apprenticeships, enterprise and cooperative development, financial management and digital commerce. The aim is practical skills, viable livelihoods and locally retained value.

GBA Community Solutions

Locally led development and resilient systems. Participatory projects may address food, water, energy, connectivity, mobility, accessibility and community wellbeing. Every project needs viable ownership, financing and maintenance.

GBA Exchange

Reciprocal cultural, academic and professional exchange. Intended activities include virtual exchange, mentoring, arts, sports and follow-up projects. Learning should create value for both hosts and participants.

GBA Partner Lab

Stronger organizations, governance and implementation. Intended support covers strategy, financial controls, grant readiness, safeguarding, monitoring, data governance and responsible technology. The aim is stronger local institutions able to manage and sustain their work.

GBA Resilience and Response

Preparedness, continuity and locally led recovery. Activities depend on qualified support partnerships, local legitimacy and operational readiness. Support is developed within agreed safeguards and responsibilities.

Community Investment Fund

A proposed charitable support mechanism for mission-aligned programs. Funding windows and criteria are published only when arrangements are approved and resourced. It is not an investment product; an inquiry does not guarantee funding.

Planned Support

Proposed support may strengthen local institutions, livelihood opportunities and preparedness, subject to approved scope and resources.

Project Pathway

Illustrative pathway, not a reported project: a youth organization identifies digital-access barriers. Pathways supports learning access, Partner Lab strengthens its systems, and Enterprise links learning to practical skills. The community defines success and reviews results.

Our Commitments

We uphold youth leadership, women’s equity, disability inclusion, language access, safeguarding, environment, and data dignity.
